Your mindset when it comes to stress.

You develop character when your mind is subjected to stress.

You are the clump of marble -- stress is the sculptor.

Every single leader is exposed to daily levels of stress that would leave the average person a whimpering mess.

Be it politics, business, sports, or even fatherhood.

As a leader or wannabe leader, you must remain ice cold when faced with stress.

When bad things happen to you, do not view them as a curse -- but an opportunity to grow and learn.

Stress at work sucks.

Meeting deadlines, bad co-workers, annoying HR departments, overwhelming workloads.

Yeah, it sucks now but you will be in a far greater position to deal with harder things in the future.

You cannot be successful at ANYTHING with a low stress tolerance.

Use stress to hone your mental agility; find solutions, learn from experience -- there's always a way.

And if you can't do anything about it, don't worry. There's no point beating yourself up over things out of your control.
